Apfel

Varieties

Galas

Mittleres Kaliber, runde, sehr regelmässige Form. Farbe orange-rot. Streifen im allgemeinen gut sichtbar von unterschiedlicher Intensität je nach klimatischen Bedingungen des Jahrgangs.

Golden

Mittleres Kaliber, runde Form und homogen. Grüne Farbe. Die am stärksten der Sonne ausgesetzten Früchte sind auf einer Seite rot.

Red chief

Mittleres Kaliber, längliche Form, leuchtend rote Farbe. Unter normalen Bedingungen ist die Farbe gleichmässig und mit kaum sichtbaren Streifen.

Fuji

Mittleres Kaliber, runde Form. Rote Farbe bis in die Sommerzeit. Zur Zeit der Ernte weiterhin rot, nimmt aber ins Bräunliche gehende Farbtöne an.

Granny Smith

Mittleres Kaliber, runde, sehr regelmässige Form und homogen. Rundum grüne Farbe, die von einem leicht rosa Ton überdeckt werden kann bei den Früchten, die am stärksten dem Licht ausgesetzt sind.
